지류 단순 변심에 의한 교환·환불은 상품 수령 후 7일 이내에만 가능합니다. 단, 개봉 또는 사용 흔적이 있을 경우 교환·환불이 제한됩니다. 제작 공정상 발생할 수 있는 미세한 점, ±1~2mm의 재단 편차, 종이결 차이 등은 불량으로 인정되지 않습니다. 인쇄 번짐, 컬러 심한 틀어짐, 찢어짐, 큰 구김 등 명확한 제조 불량일 경우 동일 제품으로 교환해드립니다. 불량 확인을 위해 사진 제출을 요청드릴 수 있습니다. 고객 부주의로 인한 오염, 구김, 파손(보관 부주의, 물기·습기 노출 등)은 교환·환불이 불가합니다. 포장을 개봉하여 재판매가 어려운 경우 단순 변심에 의한 교환·환불은 제한될 수 있습니다. (단, 제조 불량은 포장 상태와 관계없이 처리됩니다.)
