Exchanges and refunds due to a simple change of mind are available only within 7 days of receiving the product.
However, exchanges or refunds are not possible if the item shows signs of use, scratches, stains, or any damage that affects its value.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, minor scratches, small dust particles, or cutting deviations (±1–2 mm) are not considered defects.
In cases of clear manufacturing defects such as printing smudges, breakage, or missing components, the item will be exchanged for the same product.
For defect verification, we may request photos that clearly show the condition of the product.
Damage caused by customer mishandling (impact, bending, scratching, exposure to heat or humidity, etc.) is not eligible for exchange or refund.
If the packaging is damaged and the item cannot be resold, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind may be restricted.
(However, defective products will be processed regardless of packaging condition.)
