Exchanges and refunds due to a simple change of mind are available only within 7 days of receiving the product.
However, if the product has been opened or shows signs of use, exchanges and refunds may be restricted.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, minor dots, ±1–2 mm cutting variations, and differences in paper texture are not considered defects.
In cases of clear manufacturing defects such as printing smudges, severe color misalignment, tears, or major creases, the item will be exchanged for the same product.
To verify the defect, we may request photos of the product.
Damage caused by customer mishandling—such as stains, creases, improper storage, or exposure to moisture—is not eligible for exchange or refund.
If the packaging has been opened and the item cannot be resold, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind may be restricted.
(However, manufacturing defects will be processed regardless of packaging condition.)
