랜티큘러 특성상 보는 각도에 따라 이미지가 달리 보이며, 이는 정상적인 제품 특성입니다. 아래의 사항은 제작 공정상 발생할 수 있는 것으로, 불량에 해당하지 않습니다. – 패턴 특유의 미세한 줄무늬 및 면의 요철 – ±1~2mm 재단 편차 – 미세 스크래치 또는 점 – 이미지 전환 시 약간의 겹침·잔상 현상 명확한 제조 불량(과도한 인쇄 벗겨짐, 찢어짐, 이미지 전환 불가 등)이 확인될 경우 동일 제품으로 교환해드립니다. 불량 확인을 위해 사진 또는 영상 제출을 요청드릴 수 있습니다. 고객 부주의로 인한 손상(충격, 휨, 오염, 물기·습기 노출, 거친 보관 등)은 교환·환불이 불가합니다. 포장 개봉으로 재판매가 어려운 경우 단순 변심에 의한 교환·환불은 제한될 수 있습니다. (단, 제조 불량은 포장 상태와 관계없이 처리됩니다.)
