Exchanges and refunds due to a simple change of mind are available only within 7 days of receiving the product.
However, if the packaging has been opened or there are signs of use, exchanges or refunds may be restricted.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, minor scratches, slight printing smudges, and a ±1–2 mm variance are not considered defects.
In cases of clear manufacturing defects such as defective lid fitting, leakage, significant print peeling, or internal damage, the item will be exchanged for the same product.
To verify the defect, we may request photos or videos showing the condition of the product.
Damage caused by customer mishandling (impact from dropping, improper cleaning methods, deformation caused by hot water, etc.) is not eligible for exchange or refund.
If the packaging is damaged or components (such as the lid or straw) are missing, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind may be restricted.
(However, manufacturing defects will be processed regardless of packaging condition.)
