Exchanges and refunds due to a simple change of mind are available only within 7 days of receiving the product.
However, if there are signs of opening, use, storage marks, scratches, or contamination that diminish the product’s value, exchanges and refunds may not be accepted.
Due to the characteristics of the manufacturing process, minor dust particles, small dots, ±1–2 mm printing or cutting variations, slight embossing or surface texture irregularities, and micro-scratches are not considered defects.
In cases of clear manufacturing defects such as loose or faulty pin fastening, excessive print peeling, severe dents or bending, printing smudges, significant color distortion, coating peeling, tearing, or major creases, the product will be exchanged for the same item.
To verify the defect, we may request photos or videos showing the product’s condition.
Damage caused by customer mishandling (strong impact, moisture or water exposure, bent pins, improper storage, sticker/magnet residue, etc.) is not eligible for exchange or refund.
If the packaging has been opened or damaged, or if components are missing—making resale difficult—exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind may be restricted.
(However, manufacturing defects will be handled regardless of packaging condition.)
