- Due to cotton filling, the finished product may be slightly smaller than the size shown in the editor.
- Due to the nature of microfiber fabric, the texture may become pressed or disturbed during use, which can cause the white base color to show through.
- Because each item is handmade, the shape and size may vary slightly even with the same design.
- As a sewn product, loose threads or uneven stitching may be visible, and sewing positions may differ between items.
- Excessive force or repeated pressure may cause the product to burst or open, so please handle with care.
- This product may contain small parts and is not recommended for children under 3 years old.
- Keep away from fire to avoid risk of ignition.
- Due to the fabric texture, the print may appear uneven or show the nap of the material.
- The front side is reversed and printed on the back.
For designs containing text, the text on the back side may appear mirrored. - Please note that white images will not be printed due to the nature of the printing process.
- Hand washing is recommended to avoid deformation or damage; please do not use bleach.
- Long-term exposure to direct sunlight or hot and humid environments may cause discoloration or deformation.
- As all production processes are automated, we do not provide separate modification requests or notifications.

- A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.

All the goods are newly manufactured in custom order and delivered.
If you order now, the manufacturing process begins on 2/11, and the goods are to be shipped out before 2/23.

Exchange / Refund
All products delivered by MarppleShop are custom-made based on your order, so exchange/refund due to simple change of mind are not possible. However, if you receive a defective product or if there is a shipping error, you can contact our customer service within 7 days via email, Individual Inquiry, or through our customer center for exchange or refund.
