그 말이 나왔던 곳.
한국을 떠난 저는 미국에서 중학교에 다니며 한인 기숙사에서 생활했습니다.
중학생과 고등학생이 함께 지내던 곳이었어요.
그곳에서 지내는 동안 부모님은 한 번도 저를 보러 오지 않으셨습니다.
기숙사에서는 일부 나이 많은 학생들의 신체적 괴롭힘이 반복됐습니다.
그들은 장난이라고 했지만, 저는 아파서 바닥에 주저앉아 울곤 했습니다.
지내야 할 방에서도 마음을 놓기 어려웠어요.
어린 저는 겪고 있는 일을 부모님께 충분히 설명하지 못했습니다.
아버지에게 도움을 구한 적도 있었지만,
제 기억에 돌아온 것은 그곳에서 잘 지내고 버티라는 말이었습니다.
어떻게 해야 이 상황에서 벗어날 수 있을지 알기 어려웠습니다.

너무 아파서 흐느끼며 했던 말입니다.
그 순간 제가 바랐던 것은 괴롭힘이 멈추고, 더는 아프지 않아도 되는 것이었어요.
이 장면에는 그 절박한 마음이 남아 있습니다.

- Each item ships individually packaged, with the ring already attached.
- Remove the film protector from the print's reverse side.
- Please be aware that color clumps may happen for images with low color contrast or that are dark.
- When used, external shocks may cause the printing to peel off.
- The print grain may be evident during the drying process after printing due to the properties of the material.
- The scent of the acrylic may be caused by the production process, but it will go away within a half-day.
